MavenCentral repository availability

Hello

As Jfrog announced the closure of Jcenter for Feb 2021 (https://www.infoq.com/news/2021/02/jfrog-jcenter-bintray-closure), is this possible to make this awesome library available in mavenCentral repository please? We are looking forward to start a new Java project (as you can suppose 🤔) and so we'd like to use it 👍

Bintray is keeping libraries in ready only mode (https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/) and JCenter is deprecated.

As I can see, to migrate to Maven Central:

[ ] Upgrade the gradle version (the current one is 2 years old)
[ ] In build.gradle.kts change jcenter() to mavenCentral()
[ ] Create an account in SonarType: https://issues.sonatype.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa
[ ] Create a ticket to request a repository creation for this library (https://central.sonatype.org/pages/ossrh-guide.html)
[ ] Generate a GPG Key to sign the release (prerequisite for Maven Central)
[ ] Upload the library artifact with the Sonatype credentials
[ ] Publish the library and release

For some reason I had missed this issue, sorry for the late reply.

My answer is basically the same as in https://github.com/sir4ur0n/junit-quickcheck-vavr/issues/3#issuecomment-828210210

Note that I also don't mind adding maintainers to this repo, if you'd rather than fork. Let me know!
