New Clone #111

Hi, all,

As there has been no response to any issues and pull requests for over two years, I have cloned the repo and corrected the issue with opening the settings.

The clone is here: https://github.com/MisterY/AudioSwitch and I will publish the compiled version in the Releases track.

Most issues are fixed in latest version
