I found an issue whenever I change the audio output from my speakers to my front audio jack for my headphones, it causes the USB audio feed for Discord to come through my main speakers!
My headset uses the front audio jack for PC sound, and USB for voice audio, which enables me to control them both independently through the volume control on my headset.
I've no idea why this is happening, as I have removed the USB output as a source from AudioSwitch - so in theory it should not interfere with the USB output at all!
Restarting Discord resolves the issue. I do not have to change Discord settings at all - just simply restart it.
