Create a prototype of an example visualisation.
Connect it to the server-client data stream built by the Optimisation team.

A list of possible features, without completeness:

Combine live view of a mobile camera with data visualization.
Zoom into a map enriched with available data.
Show a simulation on the different vertical levels.
Combine live data (radar, sonar, weather, other measures) at a location with static data, provided by the Optimisation team.
