Sound Effect Immediately After Destroy #111

The first sound effect on the Turn Summary activity (and probably others) is not playing after the app is restored.

Steps to Repro:

  1. Get to Turn Summary
  2. Minimize app until it is destroyed
  3. Return to app
  4. Click on Next Turn with sound on

Note sound effect does not play the first time around
