Background and Destroying App Twice in Turn #112

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Background app during turn
  2. Come back to the turn
  3. Play a little more
  4. Background app again during THE SAME turn
  5. Return to app.

Card is null

I'm marking this as closed. It looks like this is now fixed per commit a3f72875181b515aedc4e3ca2a0121e807aa5d2b.
