Ready Team Dialog displays twice on resume after app kill #114

The ready dialog pops up twice if the app gets killed while this dialog is open. Also, the timer continues even when the second dialog is still open.

To Repro:

  1. Get to "Ready Yellow?"
  2. Minimize app, get it to be killed
  3. Resume app
  4. Ready dialog should be open again - click it once

Now you'll see the timer continue even while dialog is till open
