Sweep for New GameManager #119

We changed the way we access the GameManager since we wrote PackPurchase. Make sure references to new GameManager, if any, are necessary.

These look good in the newest version of release-amazon. We've eliminated all new GameManager calls except in GameSetup, GameEnd (Rematch) and a single one in Title in order to install the words. The big one (GameSetup) has been removed.
