I like the idea of preference-based tooltips on first run-through. We may need two preferences, one for buzz mode and one for first play through.
On Buzzmode a dialog says, "Buzz Mode allows you to buzz a friend while you are playing Buzzwords. If you have two phones, use one as a buzzer in Buzz Mode."
Game Setup - "Welcome to your first game of Buzzwords! Select your teams and the number of rounds below. If you have just two teams select the two colors you'd like to play. If you want each team to present twice then select two rounds."
Turn - "Try to get your team to guess the word at the top of the card without using any of the buzzwords below. Once someone on your team guesses the word, press the check mark. If you use a buzzword on accident and the other team calls you out, press the X button. You can also use gestures -- swipe up for correct guesses (think thumbs up) , down for buzzwords (thumbs down), or left to skip."
Turn Summary - "Time's Up! This is the turn summary. You can change any card results here by tapping the right, wrong, or skip icon. If you need to refer to the buzzwords for each card then long press on a word."
Final dialog - "That's it for the tutorial! You can turn it back on by going to Settings from the Title screen. Happy Buzzing!"
