Header Text Color #30

The "Game Setup" "Game End" "Turn Results" headers are too dark. They should match phrasecrazes implementation.

This should be done as a style. All headers should be made to match a "Header" style in styles.xml.

Added a header style, but I did not change the color. It was the same as what is in Phrasecraze. If you want it brighter, tell me when you QA this.
