Back Button Quit #60

Certain screens could have back button quit a game. GameEnd, and TurnSummary to be specific. On press of Back on TurnSummary and GameEnd would bring up a dialog "Are you sure you want to quit" which would go back to main menu.

I don't ever want to do this. It's unnatural and not the way god intended the back button to be used.
