Team Validation Toast Instead of Dialog #64

Let's change the warning about no teams selected to a toast. K thx.

We've decided that since having not enough teams is a critical error for gameplay, they should be forced to acknowledge they understand it. Toasts are more for info that you are not required to see. We're going to leave it as a dialog for now.
