Bug: Title Bar Reappears in Advanced House Rules Settings page #70

I'm thinking this is an Android bug, but when you go tot he Advanced House Rules page in the settings, the title bar reappears. We should investigate this closer towards release, but I think it's an issue we could probably ignore.

This doesn't appear on android 4.0 up. Closing WONTFIX.
