Feature: Expose to users how many cards have been seen #72

We should really let users know that they've seen X percent of any given deck. This will let users know why they are seeing duplicates and allow us to encourage them to upgrade their decks.

We talked about adding this as part of the PackInfo. We could also have a Total Cards Seen progress bar at the bottom.
