Rar files cannot unrar and says incomplete. #766

My downloads doesn't open properly on Unarchiver. Some do, some don't. For 
those that don't, I drag them into UNRAR app instead and works ok every time. 

Error says that it cannot unarchive and "The archive file is incomplete."

I am on latest version of Mavericks on Macbook Pro retina.
I tried to properly uninstall the app and restart and then reinstall but still 
the same issue.
How do I resolve this issue?

I'd need some files that don't work to be able to do anything about it.
