Move to Distributed Hash-Table

DHT

• Step 1: put client and server in the same binary
• Step 2: launch many server at once
• Step 3: implement consistent hashing to move to DHT

Nesting GET / PUT over a given topology.

I can to part 1 and 2, and prepare part 3 (do research about consistent hashing).

@finagnon For the part 3, I propose you to create an algorithm that:

• Creates processes/threads (justification of the technical choice) ;
• Initializes a hash table (any values) [OK];
• Assign each part of the table among processes/threads (one process/thread = one part of the table).

Then, we could merge our work.
