A mobile manager for Outline is definitely a top request from many service providers – thanks for taking the time to build one and share it! We look forward to hearing what users think of the app.

You asked about emphasizing that this is an unofficial app. Based on the Outline Brand Guidelines, I wanted to suggest a couple of specific adjustments.

  1. Wording, Language, and Naming: The app name of “Outline Manager for Android” could suggest Outline endorsement or ownership of the product or imply that it is an official product from Outline or Jigsaw. I recommend you pick a unique name for your product and use language that clarifies your relationship with Outline, such as “for Outline” or “Outline compatible” instead. For example, you could have "Vadik's Manager for Outline servers"
  2. Design & Branding: The app icon looks like a modified version of the old hexagonal Outline Manager logo. I recommend developing your own icon art instead that is not related to Outline’s branding. You’re welcome to use a “Powered by Outline” logo on your website or within the app if you’d like. Those assets are available here.

Hi @fortuna,

I apologize for the long answer, I'm working on this application in my free time :) Naming is not the easiest task for a programmer :) And also drawing icons :)

Would you mind if I call this app Outline Keeper? I also redrew the icon from scratch. It is quite similar to the previous one, but I made it with my own hands :)
