Feature Request: The Ability to Add Labels #147

Can you add the ability for the user to add labels to different sections of the map? Once my empire gets sprawling enough, it would help make sure I am oriented.

Also, the ability to add lines would be awesome as well (to map out gate networks, assign territory, etc)
