Just for the record, the starting "Swashbuckler" privateer design for IT players & the "Teamster" Medium Freighter design for JOAT races are also incorrect (PVT should have a laser & torpedo in place of the 2 fuel pods; teamster should have a scanner in the mech slot instead of a fuelpod.) Also starting ships for non-IT races with IFE & prop 2+ starting tech should have fuel mizers instead of long hump 6s.
Is this fixed?
Not completely yet - I fixed the starbase designs a while ago but the privateer/teamster designs will be fixed in the TechTags branch (I'mma just lump them with the starting destroyer lol)
The IT orbital fort should be called "Porthole to Beyond" and should have all slots half full of 6 mole-skin shields. Similarly, the starting starbase should have 8/16 mole-skin shields on all its "shield/armor" slots.
