Would it be possible to add a clock/time to it so you can for example set a certain time period during a day where the pblimiter is more lenient towards pb ms usage. This is mostly because some servers might be doing backups that uses CPU alot and slows down server sim wich ends up exploding the pb where it normally wouldnt.

Interesting idea, however i feel like setting it to be based on time is too vague based on when peak times are, would things like playercount help? for example when playercount = 0 then raised limit?
