Dropdown choice tooltip is shown behind the dropdown when ATT is loaded #114

Gandalf has reported in the comments that choice tooltips are rendered behind the dropdown menu while Arkadius Trade Tools is active. Check if there is anything we can do about this, or if it's something that has to be fixed in ATT.

Seems this is happening because ATT overwrites the draw level of the global ZO_Menus TLW in ArkadiusTradeToolsSalesTooltipExtensions.lua:294. Not something we can fix on our end.
