New widget "divider"

I wanted a way to divide up minor groupings of content under the same title without resorting to a sub-menu or introducing new headers.

I basically ended up just making a header without any text, reduced the opacity and called it a "divider".

You shouldn't be so fast to judge your own ideas as worthless. I like it and it is now included for r22. :+1:
