Code indentation #20

Depending on the file, the code is indented with differing combinations and amounts of spaces and tabs. Some files are quite clean (e.g. flame_util_create_slitstructure.pro), others are really a confusing mix (e.g. flame_findlines.pro).

I tend to fix these things as I see them, if it's not too much trouble, but is there a preferred indenting style?
