This merge request implements the Nitro proxy functionality for macOS, allowing users to utilize Nitro features on their Mac systems.

Changes include:

Added NitroMacOS class implementing NitroOsFunctions.
Certificate handling using macOS Keychain.
Proxy registration for macOS environment.

Tested on macOS 14.5
