[Feature Request] in-editor notes/annotations

Sometimes i'm about to come off of the computer and dont have time to implement an idea i had at that specific time.

i think it would be handy for there to be a way to draw a colourable textbox thats only visible in the editor that you can drag, resize, edit and format the colour and text of. i enclose a poorly made image as an example.
