config.ini issues #23

Heya

Not sure how I can add a suggested change to config.ini, however I had to delete quite a bit under the radarr section for it to work, as otherwise I was getting errors:

This is my final config.ini

[radarr]
api_key = [RADARR API KEY FROM RADARR SETTINGS]
baseurl = http://[IP ADDRESS WHERE RADARR LIVES]:7878
urlbase = /api
rootfolderpath = /data/path/to/root/folder/within/radarr/
searchForMovie = False
qualityProfileId = 1
omdbapi_key = [API key from OMDB]

If I left the comments on (after the ; ) it would simply not work. Not sure if this was a phyton3 quirk or anything, but it was trial and error to get it to work

Also, it would be nice, if possible, to have an output.txt or similar with the errors (eg movie x was found on csv file but was not added to radarr). Otherwise I'm having to go across nearly 1000 films to check which 3 or 4 did not get added.

I am trying to get this to work myself. Did you run into the error about "[RadarrData] undefined"? Just wondering what you had to do to get it to work.

I didn't get any errors that I recall.

Have you tried copying my final txt without the comments?

@Halfang I match it almost the same. I get the RadarrData error if I include the "http://". I remove the "http://" and now I get "requests.exceptions.InvalidSchema: No connection adapters were found for '10.0.2.24:7878/api/v3/movie'".

I have totally lost my database and I am using a formatted CSV from Plex to import the list back into Radarr and Sonarr to try and get our content back.

I got it sorted. Totally forgot that I should be using "localhost" since I am running it on the same "server" as the arr stack.
