This is the same as my previous pull request, except this one actually works. I removed some extra code I had put in to deal with the "IR.Rotatron.OffAxis", but ended up putting in a typo that made odd rotations when changing the maxTweak. I've corrected that and removed the code for the rotatron from my code. I assume that it is an obsolete part from before the consolidation.
