Kernel Configuration: add SELinux LSM support

Should be added to make SELinux work out of the box on the next COPR releases, your thoughts? Thank you very much for the port.

As I am taking the config directly from CachyOS kernel I set the flag in the spec file. could I ask you to check if it works? Unfortunately, I don't have Fedora and can't install it. Alternatively, I will add a link to the test repo.
