Fix kernel builds on rawhide #20

Rawhide uses OpenSSL 3.0 which deprecates the engine API. On the other hand, kernels still expect an older version of OpenSSL which still has the engine API. The patch included was cherrypicked from Fedora's patch-redhat.patch
