json not loaded on ie9.js #325

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Include ie9.js
2. Try to use some javascript that use the JSON object

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

parseJSON and toJSON must work. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
