These are fixes to Python to address various issues, especially some related to the S/W paper, including the Tardis comparison. Some documentation has also been improved. (It does not attempt to address the speed issue with more complex atoms).
Various issues can be closed with this commit, incuding #1048, #834 (documentation only), #422, #787 (fixed so .py routines that create new input for an imported model have densities corrected for the fact that windsave has densities in local frame)
Additionally, it contains code similar to MakeMacro.py that can be used to generate atomic data files from Chianti (and Topbase) for "simple" calculations.
