This fixes the logic of the code in trans_phot to correctly destroy packets due to adiabatic cooling. I've verified that packets get destroyed at about the right rate and that increasing the adiabatic cooling to the dominant process results in the expected increase of the packets destroyed.
I've also changed the version to py88x to signify the final version of the code named python before the sirocco rename.
