Removed 'pysqlite3-binary' from dependency packages #27

Changes

Removed pysqlite3-binary from requirements.txt, pyproject.yaml, and poetry files.
Eliminated code that was previously overriding the default sqlite3 library.
Updated README.md with troubleshooting steps to address issues related to SQLite version requirements.

This PR resolves #23
