function name missmatch #1

bootnet.parallel() is called bootnet.par() in the R script. I was going to change it but I wasn't sure which way you would want to go (i.e. update readme or update the function name).

Good catch. Happy to change the function name to match that detailed in the readme, I think bootNet.parallel() is a better function name anyway (I was probably being lazy at the time!).
