It would be great if there was a modification that would allow you to limit the plan, so as not to load a weak PC a lot of instances

Example:

when placed, the blueprint is shown in its entirety
after placement, the blueprint shows only a few objects, and the rest only after the first ones are built

Or turn on/off the visibility of blueprints with button

Did you try the config option for transparency? You can set that to 100% to make the plan pieces "invisible". Not sure this will help with performance, though.
