Combine Usb Loader Gx and Savegame Manager GX

The best thing that could ever happen this famuly of apps is to make one large 
Operating System that can handle everything that the wii system menu can hundle 
plus more and with less restrictions.

hint hint internet settings built right in and complete separate from the 
system menu so internet connection can be made even in the event of some sort 
of system menu brick.

Great idea too much work, I don't blame you guys for making this invalid but 
It's still an awesome thought.
