Forever loob when updating icon using update feature #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Updating the icon
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Update the icon. In goes in a forever loop saying "downloading ... standard 
icon."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r106, widnows xp.

Please provide any additional information below.
