Please maintain the CHANGELOG #1422

https://github.com/sirupsen/logrus/blob/dd1b4c2e81afc5c255f216a722b012ed26be57df/CHANGELOG.md was last changed 3 years ago and stops at 1.8.1. while the current version is 1.9.3.

It makes it hard to update this dependency without knowing the changes.

I see now that the releases page has release notes

https://github.com/sirupsen/logrus/releases

Would be good to replicate them in the CHANGELOG for a quick/easy overview, or to make a note in the CHANGELOG where to find the actual notes.
