Configurable Elevation Heights #77

Because some world gen mods change the range of heights used by the game, antique atlas should provide a config for each height (peak, high, mid, low, valley, ravine) with map keys per-dimension.

This may need to be done after multi-layer mapping, as it will doubtless conflict.
