the old atlas item had a very satisfying looking crunch to it when held - if we ever want to do some kind of minimap, faking out the client to show this while holding a key is the way.

So I've been thinking, since the mod is client side only (which is soo cool!), it could be possible to readd the Atlas book as an item too if a normal book, renamed in an anvil to like "Antique Atlas" could then, by the mod, be used as the Atlas for the player using the mod, but just a normal book for everyone else.

I second having a physical atlas item as an option. I can understand if it'd be off by default, but I'd definitely enable it, since my use case is for a server where players need to install a pack anyhow.

Id also love having an optional item that must be held.
