Consider Makie? #31

Makie.jl is quite fast. It seems like it could be a better fit than Cairo in this case. Interactive simulations with Cairo grind to a halt with a large number of cars, on my system.

That is a good point we should probably investigate that.

Note that you can turn off the "fancy" rendering for interactive simulations, if you only want basic car drawing, the rendering from the svg file is quite slow.
