Try infogail #10

Let's merge this to v0.7fixes_in_progress. The capability to run infogail experiments is crucial going forward.

Yeah sure, since v0.7 fixes are still in progress. I don't think there are a lot of changes, so it should be fine. We should make sure to fix some of the remaining issues and then merge to master. (Same with AutoRisk).
