We should have inserted if(EXT_PARALLEL).

Hi Kosuke,

Is still not ok, because gpu tools will compile but will fail if they will run.

I fixed everything in PR to your PR check it. Anyway, we can discuss it tomorrow. It is in kosuke-nakano:devel-#58 PR 2
