Adds a details modal for bookmarks. A new "View" button in the bookmark list opens the modal, which shows various information about the bookmark. For now this is mostly useful if you want to show the full description or notes if you have configured to truncate / hide them in the settings. There's also toggles for quickly changing the unread, archived and shared states without opening the edit form.
