New Feature: Custom Logo #731

Thank you for a wonderful application.

New Feature: please have the ability to upload a custom logo in the Settings page, retaining the references to Linkding visible to the Administrator but not the Home screen.

Not really interested in providing that level of customization through the UI, but it should be possible to mount a custom logo into the Docker container if you need that.
