What problem are you experiencing?
when you request permission to use the bathroom, it does not penalize you for 
taking too long.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.request permission to go to the bathroom
2.report back from the bathroom beyond the 10 minute limit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see a punishment, the result was reverting back to normal

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.0 Beta 4 on Windows 7

Punishment code was under the permission not the status. Corrected this.
