stuck in status #16

What problem are you experiencing?

stuck in substatus hot_bath

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.reporting taking hot bath
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cannot exit hot bath status when pressing the quick button or reporting 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

go into uvm_permissions file, below status report finished cols bath (5 lines 
of code about half way down the page)

type this exactly

;[report-finished bath]
;    PreStatus=hot_bath
;    NewStatus=Normal
;    ontop=1
;    rules=0

a couple notes, you can copy and past the finished cold bath report and change 
the applicable information, you will also need to delete the vm3stat.vms file, 
causing you to re-start as if you had just re-installed the program, however 
after that it should work normally (i did this and tested it, it worked fine 
for me)
