Possible bug in clothing assignement #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ClothCheck is set to "on"
2.Punishment = not allowed to wear clothing at home for X days
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When returning from work of leaving home, clothing is assigned and the report 
clothing window opens.  If one indicates clothing status as naked as per the 
punishment, a new punishment is created for not wearing the required clothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Virtual 
Master  v3.2 beta 2a, UVM beta 3

Changed punishment group to forcenaked, script will no longer pop-up clothing 
instructions when forcenaked.
