After checking the authorizations and the type of papers, only paper below seem to be explicitly asked to be removed. The rest had issues with how the PDF was referenced.

We have migrated the two missing papers to the new digital library, keeping them as "All rights reserved" with the option to ask for a copy. Thus, this issue is solved.
