[Feature Request] Airup Timers

Introduction

Airup Timers is a feature that allows you to execute scheduled tasks. It is implemented in airup-eventsourced using Airup's event system. A timer is like a service: it is stored in the services directory, however, its file extension is .airt.

• [x] Implement the feature in airup-eventsourced

Unresolved Questions

• It's impossible to support sideloading timers in current architecture. Should we modify sideloading system to support it or drop the support of sideloading timers?
